Latest Ford Mondeo
Driving past the local ford dealership and saw that they had the latest mondeo in, popped in to have a look and its very nice an improvement on the old one, power is up 10ps on the old 2ltr TDCi to 140ps, model I saw was the titanium X, 6 speed etc, 23k though said to the salesman, lovely car but what about depreciation, said that its forecast to only loose 47% of its value in the first 3 years (had to have a laugh at that, maybe in the first year ), nice but not worth buying new, and they were offering no discount on it, looks like the fleet sales will be the biggest earner again....

they've changed the production lines to build other cars when sales are low too, so in theory they won't have to over-produce and sell cheaply to fleets, thus flooding the market and devaluing the care.
We'll see!
well impressed with the new one though, standard equipment is very good. They're meant to be quieter, which would tackle to the only thing I don't like with mine.
