Suzuki Swift mods
Does anyone know if the new Suzuki swift is worth buying and if there are any good mods to improve performance? My scoob is costing me far too much to run.

i had one a while ago, haqd a k&n filter on it,lowered, and chipped it and it was a hell of a car good fun on the lanes and very nippy!i would get around 140 miles from a tenner's worth of petrol driving tidy.

My wife has had one for a year. Excellent little car and great fun to drive. Engine likes to rev and the gearchange is very sweet. Much lower road tax, insurance and fuel cost than a Subaru! It never does less than 35mpg, even if driven hard.

Yes.
If you want that car - and it is an excellent car - then thats the price you pay. An equivalently specced up MINI Cooper, which is probably the most sensible comparison on a like for like basis, is about 14K. Although some people would prefer the BMW badge I've owned both and would go for the Swift if I was buying again.
Pre reg and demo Swift are available around £9-10K
