Default attaching a roof spoiler to a bmw

Hi
my partner has a BMW and brought a roof spoiler from ebay, but it didnt come with any instructions on how to fix it to the car and there were no attachments etc. Does anyone know if there are special clips or something that he needs to get to fix it onto the car?
Thanks Jules

Would it not have been a better idea to register on a BMW forum?

Or Barryboys - Barryboys.co.uk - you'll get an answer there

Sorry, no idea on that one - aftermarket presumably. I'd ask the seller.

One quick question - A 318 with a roof spoiler - WHY?

Sellotape should do it.

Audi, BMW etc all use a special sticky tape to attach roof spoilers and gurneys etc.

Assuming its a "lip" type one.
