Default Golf V GTI 30th Anniversary

Hi,

Anyone here own, our is going to own (ordered) a Golf V 30th Anniversary edition with 230 HP??

It seems like an interesting model, and it would be great to have any kind of feedback on the subject.

Thanks!

I was looking at buying a new R32 with dsg but my dealer could only get a manual one fro me to test drive but they also had a 30th Anniversary with dsg for me to test drive and I was very impressed.
If anything it put me off buying the R32 and I was seriously tempted with the 30th Anniversary but went off the whole golf idea as we need a bigger car.

was reading about one of these last night.they have a bigger turbo and a few other better bits than the bog standard gti.far as i can make out same setup as the audi s3 and leon cupra r.....i guess they can't let them leave the factory with more bhp than or close to the r32.

bluefin takes them too 300 bhp plus! thats just a remap, what would they be like with de-cat exhaust and better induction etc

surprised they are not offering a diesel variant as they did with the 25 year Anniversary models. seem to hold their values really well and are still sought after.

I personally prefer the GTI over the R32, looks wise the GTi has it beat hands down. The R32 looks really bland especially for the price they command.

As above really would love to see the pictures of the anniversary jobbie

It would seem like you would have figured out why you are always getting banned.

Get with the times janice! 5 other members have already pointed out the spelling of Ingolstadt, the first being over a month ago. Do you really think I dont know how to spell it

Hows your half baked, lukewarm "sports saloon" ?
