Default Audi 100 - lambda change?

Im just about to buy a 94 L plate off a mate from work, as a beater.

Its in great nick but im fairly certain the lambda needs changind from the symptoms it has.

Where is it located on these, and how many wires sensor is it? Presume there is just one?

Ive chaged a few on different cars but just wanted to know exactly where it is (cat or header) and how easy it is to change.

I was going to use an aftermarket one from cats direct as an OEM will be pricey!
