Had a Golf 1.8T a few years back with Jabbasport remap and Magnex cat back. That was 197 bhp

Also had a Skoda Octavia vRS with APR map (similar to REVO) Carbonio filter and full Milltek inc d/pipe and cat. That was 210 bhp - 245lb/ft according to Awesome GTi.

Milltek is defo worth getting, made a hell of a difference. Its expensive but worth it to get the most out of the 1.8T.

Was at a dyno shoot out at the weekend

Golf 1.8T

re-map + Miltek de-cat + air filter = 215 bhp
Revo Stage 1 + dump- valve + induction kit = 165 bhp

I had the Upsolute chip on my x plate - was supposed to be around 197bhp but i never RRd it.
I also fitted a Forge 007p D/V which handled the extra and also a N75n valve which smoothed things out.

I did fit a AEM ind kit which gave off the Tsscchhhh noise but got fed up after 2 weeks
