im so sick of my peugeot
my pug is far too slow. little naff 106 diesel. i want to swap it with something else of similar value even if its older, like 205gti or something. its worth around £850-900 as its been well looked after in the past. but its too slow. i hate it. i need something nippier, hot hatch esque. i miss my scooby
any ideas or people willing to help?
thankyou

I was thinking the same for the last month or so.
Fed up of the old smoker 106.
Thought I'd go back and have another 106 rallye, ******* great little motors..
However, after being pissed about I ended up spending the money on a holiday to the Maldives for Christmas instead.
First good one I sorted got written off two days before purchase.
Second wasn't ready for sale (in bits having a respray)
Third was a mess
Forth was removed from sale as his other mode of transport broke down
Fifth and sixth needed a full respray but still wanted top money.
Gave up after that.

Might be slow but you can get it proper sideways in this ****ty weather.
Handfuls of opposite lock on the way home tonight
No grip what so ever on the rear.

Go to Pug Performance, talk to Collin and get him to put a GTI engine in it, GTI suspension and some decent brakes..... Strip it out, put in a roll cage....
Probably better to buy a 106 GTI/XSDI I guess....
