Default New car - Stipulating delivery

Have ordered a new car which is likely to arrive in feb. obviously with the plate change on Mar1st I'd rather wait till then. I've spoken to the sales person who said normally cars go out the month they arrive, however he will speak to ethe Sales Manager.

Is there any way i can ensure that the car waits till Mar 01??

You can do what you want - you are the buyer. They will try their very hardest to get you to have it before. Just say you want to knock a grand off to take it in February or they car have all their money in March

My thoughts as well, reckon the sales guy is just pushing it. Have asked for confirmation in writing to be on the safe side.

He'll be wanting a guaranteed sale for that month to help him meet his monthly targets and you're ballsing that up for him.

If he get shirty about it, ask to speak to the manager.

Depends what sort of deal you had and whats on the order form.
If you beat them up on the price and they agreed that if you take it in Feb they will do the price,I reckon you will have to take it.
