My neice (17) is bidding on a small car (her first) and has seen this car on ebay

Basically its bid stands at around £900 and with her savings, she can afford the car and the insurance, however in the description, it needs a new cam follower (what ever the hell that is )

Could anyone cast their eye over this car and maybe give me an idea what she might expect to pay for the work and also if the car looks ok to you guys.
It only has just under 4 hours to go, so hence the urgency.
