sti-04!!

My friend is looking to join the convertible gang & is looking at one of these, its got high mileage for being only a yr old (23k) but is in great nick.

Has anyone got any views on this ??

Lovely car but the 2.5tdi is a fairly old unit and isnt the quietest.... on the other hand it makes quite a nice noise - for a diesel.

It has wooden steering and it feels very heavy at the front. Fine finish however. My Wife tried one and much, much preferred the Saab 9-3 Convertible, and so did I. The Audi seemed to miss the point of a convertible - that it should be fun!

Excellent residuals and more understated than a BMW 3 series rag top IMHO.

Though the 3 Series is a much better drive than the Audi in my opinion. Depends what you want from the car really.

Currently drive an Audi.

I looked at one of these but was put off by the fact that the BMW was quite a bit better to drive and I thought the new diesel engine that Audi have brought out would harm residuals.

Depends on the price to some degree I guess. I would be tempted by a billy bargain
