The girlfriend has a Peugoet 307 Deisel and the additive warning light has just appeared on the dash.
On these engines there is a partical filter that gets regenerated by an addiitive every so often.
Anyone know where to top this additive up, ie the resevoir bottle.

I think only the dealer can do this, not sure it's a user-serviceable item, although you can buy the additive over the counter at Pug dealers.

I was aware you can purchase the addicitve from a dealer but i was hoping someone might know the procedure to top up rather than having to pay a dealer to simply refill.

It's quite a complex procedure with the diagnostic computer to reset the system after filling with the additive. I would suggest getting the dealer to do it and getting a fixed price for it, as my dad got one done , and the dealer took a good few attempts to get it right.

I thought i may be wrong in thinking it may be a simple top up.
