Pug / Citroen HDi diesels -- cheap mod ...

The mod is disconnecting the "3rd piston deactivator" on the fuel pump. Doing the disconnection gives higher fuel pressure at low rpm. Benefits are claimed to be better low-down acceleration, smoother etc. A couple of the posters have tried it
