Default Vauxhall re-mapping advice

My buddy has just bought an Astra SRi Turbo and he has asked me where he can get it re-mapped, well i have not a bl**dy clue so where is the best place to get it done? the Northwest of England would be better.

Went on Regal's t'internert site and it is down.

Thanks chaps!

it's not so much a matter of re-mapping but getting new chips for the ECU.

The Astra turbo uses the Z20LET engine IIRC.

You want to look at the VMAX upgrades:

Remaps are available from various places such as Regal, Courtenay, Wallace etc etc. They all do roughly the same thing and provide similar gains. Regal actually do an "on the bench" service where you can send them your ECU and they will upgrade it and send it back to you. The ECU Upgrades come in stages,

Stage 1 - Gains up to 240bhp (with exhaust system installed)
Stage 2 - Gains up to 255bhp (with exhaust system and Replacement FMIC installed)
Stage 3 & 4 - 260bhp + Includes replacement Turbo, Exhaust FMIC etc etc

My GSI Currently runs at 240bhp with 286lbs\ft Torque. That's Stage 1 with full exhaust system.
