Default Pajero MPG ?

What could you expect MPG wise from a 2.5/2.8 tdi ? (1994 Model)

read a road test between TD's and V6's and there was about 1mpg difference ?

Well I get between 27 and 30 on my 1998 2.8TD Shogun if this helps (lower when towing the race car)

get about 25 from a 2.8 1996 model.

The 2.8 is a far better engine than the 2.5. More power, actually makes it quite quick for what it is and gets the same mpg.

i agree with that,have had both and the 2.5 is a slug to drive.a better option is the gdi ,my wife has the 3.5 v6 (petrol},245 bhp and 25 mpg! goes like stink in the lighter swb version.
