new intercooler

Is that a Fiesta with an Intercooler strapped to the front of it, or an intercooler with a Fiesta strapped to the back of it ?
What kind of power output, I am guessing 250 bhp ?

its not quite that as its just undrivable at 800 kgs ,
its only running 13 psi at the mo due to the fact its on set up mode again due to lots of new parts including the intercooler ,but around 200 would be a good reliable figure @ 18 psi , when the new engine is built its gonna be more but there are other factors ie ,g/box and wider wheels to sort yet ,the problem we had before was the act's were making it back off due to being stuck behind the light almost ,there is a noticable differance already to torque and responsivness ,as for some pprotection to the cooler there isnt really anywhere to attach a guard or grill ,
gonna have to sort somthing though ,
also pmsl @jacko ,yep it is a tad big but really aggressive heheheehhcheers

Good luck to you, always good to see individual projects. The only thing that worries me is the legal side if for example someone touches it etc etc and gets burnt or if you hit something with hot metal exposed.

This car is taken from its garage, driven very hard then put back. even when it is outside the house on its own I wouldn't fancy myself against Matt and family!!
Can't wait to see how it fairs against the scoob up the local 'dragstrip'!!
(Matt knows where I mean!! )

vigerously tested and its a different car again ,
the torque has gone mad and its not as responsive to start off with but it now pulls right to the red line with full boost and its effortless at speed ,which is cool as now the boost can go up and the cooler is really cold all the time
cheers
