Call a Ford dealer and tell them you need a code for the above reasons, they will prob ask for a Reg number and should be able to pull it out from their database.

As above but they may also want the number off the side of the set itself which involves pulling it out, easy job!

On my Fiesta, when I pulled the radio out to replace it I found the code had printed on a sticker, by Ford and stuck the set! On the Focus, the same stickers were found in the ashtray... you have to wonder don't you!

In my old Ka the code was written in the back of the stereo manual. (by the dealer)

I assume you checked that already?

Don't know where you live but I had one from a Focus that needed a code. I took it to a well known car salvage dealers in York and they decoded it for a fiver.
