A friend of mine has just bought an A4 cabriolet with the 2.4 6-pot and was wondering about the tuning potential of it. I know AMD do Audis but there's nothing on their site with power gains. Does anyone out there know what power gains he can expect ?

 

Generally, I think it's quite a bit more expensive to tune an NA engine, but perhaps you could change some bits and bobs on it and make it more 'interesting', as in a bit revvier, meatier sound etc? All that adds up to the feeling of going fast

 

Never seen any tuning options for the 2.4 V6. He would have done better getting a 1.8T Cab if he wanted to tune it....
