Question E34 Bmw M5 Tourings

Am seriously considering swapping the scoob for one of these.
One has came up that i'm keen on, 19"BBS wheels, coilovers..few other mods.

120k on the clock, with rebuild at 100k..
Downside is, they're all LHD, but then, wont take long to get used to i wouldn't think.

Does anyone have experience with E34 M5's ?

Any advice would be great.

Thanks
Johnny.
