Default more "kick" from my astra diesel turbo

how do i get a bit more power from my astra isuzi diesel?

its the turbo lag doing my nut in! can i get a diesel dump valve?

or is it just being use to my impreza?

Theres only one thing i can think of and that might help to increase the power and thats to .........er.........use your scooby instead ?

Sorry not to up on the old diesel engines mate but good luck .

i was thinking more of a air filter and dump valve to keep the lag down, it only seems to spool up after 3k revs, geat for ecomany but not for getting from a to b.

Don't worry about dump valves, diesels don't have them and don't need them 'cos they don't have a throttle butterfly.

Basically, you have to chip them because most turbo diesels already run high boost to keep emissions down -- so the only way is to up the fuelling.

You could try a tuning box too -- check sites like www.tunit.co.uk to see if they have one for your car.
