Question HOW DO I????????????

how the bllomin hell do i get some more vital bhp out of a mini 1275 gt engine, need some more grunt!!!!!

Surely you must be able to find this out on the net? A-series tuning is hardly new-fangled, is it? IIRC you can bore out to 1440cc. Broadspeed used to be respected Mini tuners, or John Cooper Garages may be able to give you some advice.

Exhaust, induction, then head, and maybe cam, then rebore, and strong bottom end, then do what I did, give up and buy a rwady made quick car!!

Civic type r engine is also good, or one of the VAG 1.8T engines

Haven't got the cash at the moment (getting married)
Seriously thinking about doing the single engine conversion though. How does it handle? With such a short wheel base I would imagine it to be a bit of a handful.

Buy yourself "tuning the Aseries" (or whatever it's called) by David Vizard
And goto your loacl minspares for somebits.
You could try the metre turbo engnie if it'll fit.
