I pulled up in my scoob at the local Nissan garage and the dealer says "Fancy a go in proper sports car?" funny guy!
Anyway, he's not to know I can't afford it but am going to take him up on the offer one weekend soon

I thought it was 280PS... Which is more like 270BHP? IMHO.. LOL!
Either way - I'd have one. Got to pore over one at our local dealers. VERY NICE.

The brochure says 276bhp (which equates to 280PS). I drove one last weekend and I was disappointed. It's a great car, but it didn't excite me. Maybe I've become too used to that kind of power, driving 280bhp twin-turbos for the past five years, and certainly remembering some of the real sports cars I drove 20-30 years ago (Jaguar e-type, Sunbeam Tiger, Chevy Camaro SS, real seat-of-the-pants stuff ), but it just felt like a big powerful saloon to me (albeit with just two seats!).
The car looks and sounds great, but is it typical of modern-day sports cars? Has technology moved on so much that it's taken some of the excitement away? Or do I need to get a TVR ...
