I looked at buying one a few years ago and would have loved the 3ltr V6 had not been available in automatic only.
The 2ltr was a bit pifilous (sp) and i decided to look elsewhere.
The 3ltr does come with full leather tho and i still love the looks of them! Throw on a set of 19's and the Peugeot Ecosse coupe bodykit and they're simply stunning!

HTH

3.0 V6 comes with Brembo brakes as standard as well...

I also looked at one of these!!

IMO, a re-mapped HDi 2.2 Diesel one would be the choice for me due to the 3.0 V6 being Automatic Only!

But as james has said, a cheeky set of 19's and a subtle kit would go down a treat..........

Cheers,
Grant

I also looked at one, and still would like one, 3.0V6 is the best, sound great with a diff exhaust and goes well too.

Looks are ideal, like a Ferrari

BUT, they do 22mpg!!! and not sure about the reliability of the cars, but look great with big wheels and drive well too. Had a go in a 3.0 V6 and its was great

I have a 406 V6 saloon with 72000 miles on it as a run about, so no Brembos and 10% softer suspension and no good looks, but otherwise similar kit and similar drive.

The engine is smooth and torquey, but not a ball of fire by performance car standards - 0-60 about 6.9, 0-100 19.4.

My commuting economy according to the trip computer is 26 mpg if I behave averagely, with a range of 22 - 32.

The steering weight is awful, the seats although leather are unsupportive and promote back ache if driving over a few hours(never had this in any other car).

Reliability is average only.

Ride quality is exceptional, as is refinement.

Handling not bad in the dry but quite rolly.

In the wet, lift off oversteer is a blessing or a curse. I have spun this car on a wet roundabout and it is more of a handful than a 400 BHP Scooby in the wet.

3 litre V6 coupe did come with manual as well.

My friends dad lent me his to drive from cambridge to Alton towers and back. Nice smooth car and comfy too.

Worth looking at, as they can be had quite cheaply.
