help needed on audi a4 sorry guys.

replaced battery with new one. now car will not fire up. engine immobiser light goes out as it should but car won't start.the fuel pump is not opperating and there is no spark at the plugs. any audi boffs out there who can help. sorry its not a scoob guys but need car running for holiday.

I know its probably not alot of help, but if you are a member of a breakdown service then get them to check it out for you, or if a friend is a member get him over to your house cause they are covered for the car they are a passenger in....... yours!!

It sounds like the immobiliser is still working, even though the dash light is going out, there may have been a safety mechanism that kicked in when the power was cut..

I would have thought that giving your local Audi centre a call and ask to speak to a technician, I would have hoped that they would help you out as you are unable to bring the car to them!
