This may seem an odd request considering the impending poor weather but does anyone know where a friend of mine might be able to find a set of tyres similar to that fitted to the new CSL for his S3?
Any assistance would be appreciated. Even similar types of tyres in different brands would be considered.

Thanks

James

Hi, check out the bm3w.co.uk site - there has been some discussion about where to get replacement tyres.

The Pilot Cups are available in other sizes, but the CSL drivers have concluded that they are not the greatest semi-slicks available.

I like to know, do those "CSL drivers" really stay up all night thinking about their "agressive gear shift strategy" on the way to work the next morning?

Try www.hutchinsonmotorsport.co.uk they have supplied these tyres to me for my Audi Quattro.

They are very good tyres and will perform quite well in the wet and very well on a hot sticky track!!

Also get him to look at the Pirelli P Zeros C's!

Dom.
