Right job change and move to the states is finalised the house is on the market, found a buyer for my beast. All I need to do is have some idea on what car to get my hands on when I arrive early 2004.

I have about $100k to spend (about £65k) what should I get. Needs to have a good image in America with clients, I'm tempted by a RS6 or another S4 but there like gold dust over there plus they still don't have the image they do over here.

So people, help me.
My only criterias are image and reliability (I'm not breaking down in a country I hardly know). And do they do Noble's over there??? Just a thought as saw one the other day and fell in love.

Thanks

Corvette Z06 or a Dodge viper

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zeromain

1.0g on skid pan for the vette higher than any ferrari or porsche, but apparantly its more grip than handling or feel.

Both faster accelerating than anything bar an Enzo, although the GT2 comes close.

Or a Ford F150 Truck, Howdy ya all !

Good luck

Consider the Infinity FX45. 340BHP and very taut. Get an old yank tank convertible with fins with what you save.

Cars are soooooooooooooooooooooo cheap over there and gas? Dont make me laugh!

D

PS where are you going to be? I.e do they have corners - unlike Florida?

I'll be living and working right bang smack in the middle of New York City. All at the expense of my luvley new employers. There renting a penthouse for me it looks amazing! I'm getting all excited - a real batchelor pad!

Although its NYC I know places with 30-40 min drives up into the hills where I can have fun and lots of it!

I have test driven a GT3 at my local dealer and checked with the company in the US about the car and they are happy. So tomorrow morning my order for a new GT3 in Red will be in!
Can't wait, it was amazing! My Audi just felt so well slow and flat in comparison!

So if your in NYC next year and you see a red GT3 about you know who it is!

How many vice presidents are there in the company...? Anerican corporations tend to have loads - it is a job grade, rather than a 'deputy' is it not, for example investment banck have analyst, associate, vice president, MD etc.

Anyway, congratulations on your move, onwards and upwards as they say...

Nice of you to tell us the square footage of your apartment though!

Look forward to the photos.

Cheers
