Is that the before shot? Wheres the after photo...
Cant see any kerbed rims or panels with dents.....
Also note the vanity mirror/sun visor is in the closed position- meaning the woman has been in the car for less than 5 mins......

I removed the splitter after about the first week, as for some reason every council in the country seemed on a mission to have it torn off by a dip, bump or pothole..
Even with the splitter gone, they tried to make sure every speed hump was built high enough to try and steal my exhaust!

ClassA You are partially correct. The front air dam, splitter and hockey sticks were an integral part of the cars stability, not just for show. They were not part of the later"delete" (this only applied to the upper rear tailgate spoiler) and had nothing to do with the homolagation application as such. The car shown is an early J plate and most of these were Ford press cars/pre production and as such is probably still under final testing/evaluation

Am I the only one who can actually see the splitted in that picture?
Look to the very right hand side (our right) and you can see it there. Also look at the smooth line that's made where the splitter 'joins' the tarmac that's showing from underneath the car.
I say it's there!
Simon.

The front splitter came in two parts and had a total of 3 setups.
It would make a difference at high speed but driving in London meant you would be replacing the splitter on a weekly basis. The "hockey sticks" at the sides broke a few times too, so they came off for good too.
I bet people in other countries don't have the same problems as we do!!
