cost of fitting a new ECU chip?

I've been offered a 2nd hand APR chip for my Mk4 Golf 1.8T and I just wanted to know how much (roughly) it would cost for me to have this fitted, or whether I am as well going to an APR dealer and getting a brand new chip fitted.
The chip I have been offered is for the same engine code and ECU code.
