Wonder if any of you guys know the answer?...

Mrs has an 'X' reg 1.4 Puma, and at the moment its only blowing out hot air, no matter how low you set the temp control.

The engine temp is reading normal...could it be the thermostat?

Its recently had a new fan/radiator fitted(poss recon) as the original fan shattered and destroyed the rad, this was around 6 weeks ago.

Any advice would be really appreciated, cheers.

Heater valve part no 1047752. It's about £40 inc VAT and fails constantly.
Same part is used on the 95 - 02 Fiesta.

151 views and only one bit of advice?...c'mon lads, anybody else?

It worked okay this morning, both cold air and cold air with A/C, but now the bugger is blowing hot again.

Did you try the heater valve?

99.9% of the time that's what it is.
