he cant drive? and you can?
The car is often the smallest variable, often taken for the largest.
Especially as you were around roundabouts, any idiot can drive in a straight line using the power of the car, very little driving skill needed, but to get around track/lol industrial estate is different.
Perhaps all de does is bait people with his power? and drive faster than them up dual carriageways?
Don`t know the dude, but could be an answer?

Its one thing being able to stay with a faster car through bends because your more commited but the above makes no sense what so ever - its easy to stay with somebody but to pass and leave them you need alot more power...... doesn't make sense

Easily done, some people don't put their foot all the way down or push down slowly. Some people change gear at the wrong time.
Notwithstanding issues such as slipping clutches etc.

Sorry guy's, the GTiR would murder the MG on the straight.....round bends its down to the size of the drivers *****.
To pass the guy in the GTiR does not make sense, the MG is a zippy car, but its not in the same league as a 200+ bhp sunny.

No offence, but totally utter shiite! Move it to the muppet area please.
Saying a 105bhp MG beat a Pulsar is like saying its quicker than an Sti!............. he's either a standard 1.4 sunny with a kit, has blown a piston (but it should be driverable and still be quicker), or your talking rubbish. We had a 105 demo at work and they are very very slow, same league as VTRs, i'm not baised, many many leaques appart in fact. I suggest you go to Santapod for the Jap day in October, watch and live in the real world, or have a play with some of them on the way out.

I managed to beat a 280BHP cossie in my standard 205 1.9, I did know the road though and it was wet but i still couldn't get the smile off my face for days. Cossie was upgraded to 400BHP shortly after, strangely enough...

To encapsulate:
Either the GTiR driver is a really BAD driver, or you're posting under the guise of one M Schumacher.
I suppose his car could be well fooked or a badged up 1L model.
Either that or you were bored and posted a made up thread.

Ask him why. Some of them are much quicker than others, but even a slow one(lowest powered one I've seen is around 200bhp)should beat your car. That's not to say you have a slow car, just that his should be considerably quicker.
To take all driver skill out of it,ask him to go again on a straight dual carriageway from 30-70mph thrugh the gears.
