Lee,

I know of a guy desperate to sell a 944 S2, 1990, white with blue pinstripe, 125k with FMDSH (mainly in Nottingham). He says he'll take £4,500 for it.

Let me know if you want more details.

Lee,

Yep, white with blue pinstripe isn't the best colour - I probably wouldn't buy a white one so no, I don't think you're being fussy.

The Cab is going fine - 2nd trackday in it yesterday and no complaints. I've done 17k in it so it'll be due for another 12k service soon and the rears are getting a bit low - 265/35 18's

This one is up at £6,250 - 102k, recent big service, BBR GTi chip. I can post you the mobile number if you want but I don't just want to stick it on a public forum.

The trackday went well - it's just a handling circuit really, but good for a bit of sideways fun:

I didn't ever track the Scoob. In some ways they feel similar; predictable handling and easy to get sideways - but the 944 feels much more solid. There's not much in it in a straight line (my Scooby had Tek2 and SSBB/ITG).

I know a guy who has recently left a Porsche Centre to start up on his own and he's been servicing mine. I think the main dealer charged about £200 for a 12k service but it may be a bit more. I don't expect to pay that much

The car in the picture is an S2 - I thought you were after an S2 rather than a Turbo? I don't know much about that one - it just appeared on the PCGB forum for sale and it's a nice colour.

I'll pass any on that I find if you like - drop me an email to keep it off the board if you want.
