TVR gone.....BMW bought!
#1
After 3 months of TVR fun its been sold.......only as it gave me a bad back. As a fun car (which i used daily) it was unbeatable. It had the power, the noise, the image.....everything really and build was as good as it needed to be.
If you are thinking of one i recommened it
However...... on thursday i pick up my 2001 540 sport
every extra under the sun like....19inch alpina's, sat van, tv, lecy heated seat, ohhh to many other other things.
and although its not expected to be an exciting car i am looking forward to it more than i thought i would...i've already downloaded some update CD's for the sat/nav system....so i can find my way into the BMW lane i suppose

Bet you cant wait LOL
Regarding the "going faster than you think" comments - Very true. I had to set the computer to "bong" when it reaches 85MPH cause its so easy to get above it without realising.

Hi Tiggs. Which TVR did you have. I'm toying with buying a Tuscan in the future. I'm a little scared about going from a car with sophisticated 4wd to one that does'nt even have traction control!!

i had a 450 chimeara....as for traction control....the TVR had half the traction of the scoob but 10 times as fun.
i got bored of the scoob very early on but the TVR was great fun every day....highly recommended.
