Focus RS........Values?
#1
Obviously values are good at the moment, but how do you think they will look in 12-18 months from now. I am thinking that Escort Cosworths always kept pretty good money.

Personally I don't think they are in the same category as the escort cosworth. It's more a top of the range fast ford rather than a rally car for the road. A 4WD focus with a little more welly would fit the bill but they don't make one yet.
So, in answer to your question, I reckon they'll not hold their value like an Escort cossie would.

I think all 4500 are now sold, and just the last few to be delivered. There's a lot of prospectors offering them at around £26k but I think they'll be disappointed as I've found the odd genuine seller at around £18.5k. With the Cossie version on the horizon and suitable alternatives readily available there ain't much incentive to pay over the odds if you're sane and rationable. Wait for the Cossie and treat yourself to a nearly new (let someone else suffer the initial depreciation) rally slag in the meantime.

Don't really know, but with their flouncy skirts, tacky gold jewellery (wheels) and relatively low prices, these go-ers seem a bit slaggy to me.
