Can you tell us why you think you need an oil and coolant change? What are your symptoms? Why do you think your engine is on its last legs?

Oh, and what's a homer?

Oh yeah, should have added, the places you need to ask for help are here:

http://www.imoc.co.uk/ (click on Q&A)

and here:

http://www.mr2dc.com/ (click on Technical)

Plenty of Scottish Mk2 owners on each.

Thumbs down

basically yesterday morning after about a 5 mile run it seemed to start chapping them turned into a knocking and overheating then when i cut it off a bit of steam/smoke started coming out. turned it over from cold later on and it was fine for 15 mins then same happened again. looks to me that the barrs leak sealant which i added for the leaky rad has choked things up (i know it was silly to do but it was in paper for sale this week). there is no hot air coming into cabin due to fact that no water is getting to radiator. im hoping a full coolant change will unblock something, or at least give me peace of mind that it aint a simple fix.

ive posted on IMOC also thanks
