After spending some time driving my better halfs Mk1 1.8 MX5, I feel the need to modify it a little (with Gem's consent of course!)

I am looking for 15in wheels, lower springs, K&N Induction Kit, Chrome rollover hoops etc...

Anyone know where I can source this stuff? Any decent high traffic forums? I found a couple of forums, only to see one or two recent posts

Any owners out there?

Cheers

Paul

I've sent a copy of my favourites to your address in your profile.
Used to have a MK2 MX5, bought it for the misses but drove it most myself as was then only doing 5 miles a day ! Great little cars just need more power !

Mike Satur makes some chrome roll hoops which are strong enough to protect you in an accident - they're more than just style bars.

I help my brother fit them to his MX-5 - bit tricky, but the car looks good.

Hi
I have a very heavily modified Eunos - supercharged, chipped etc.
(A great Q car )

Russ at Eunosverse is a good bloke.
www.eunosverse.com
Tell him Steve from Brighton gave you his details.
Also look at www.performance5.com. Phil is the man there and he specialises in superchargers/turbos and can source parts from the US.

Other useful links are ( a few may have already been posted in this thread)

www.MX5oc.co.uk
www.mx5parts.co.uk
www.fizzindi.demon.co.uk (very good source of info)
www.miata.net

Hope this helps
Steve

Poc,

I am looking for 15in wheels, lower springs, K&N Induction Kit, Chrome rollover hoops etc...
To complement these mods you are planning to do, may I suggest you fit an IL Motorsports Stainless Steel Twin 90mm exit cat back exhaust. Available from http://www.mx5parts.co.uk/product_in...roducts_id/317

Regards,

Thumbs up

Paul

you appear to have forgotten the HKS Turbo kit - just less than 2K - they go quite well afterwards
