anybody any info of when the "hot" c2 and fiesta rs are due? what spec are they rumoured to be?

C2 will be here at the end of the year, range will be similar to the current Saxo range of variants, with cheapy and cheerful variants, along side the VTR and VTS versions. VTR will use a 110 bhp 1.6 16v engine, no real word on the VTS yet, but expect about 130-140 bhp.

There is no information about a Fiesta RS yet, there is going to be an ST version, but again no dates as Ford don't want to **** it up like they did with the ST/RS Focus and massively over-run expected on sale dates. So the Fiesta will arrive when its ready, just they won't tell us when that is supposed to be.

Fiesta is thought to be badged as ST150 which means around 150bhp which should make it more than a match for the C2 VTS...
