Right.... Evo 2..
Highlights
2.5 4 cylinder DOHC (same canted block as above)
235bhp
Getrag dogleg 5 speed direct top
3.77 LSD with ASD below 17mph
Seam welded shell
Tubbed arches for 10" rims (hence the silly arch extensions)
3 level ride height adjustable suspension (switch inside car)
Alloy 4 pots with 325mm discs (I think)
Bodykit with adjustable front and rear spoilers - CD 0.30 set at negative lift. Can go to 40% downforce
Its a race car with seats and carpet
Basically its an Evo 1 with ***** on. My mate has an Evo 1, and it goes round corners like nothing I've ever driven (and that includes Grale, UR-q, M3 Sport, etc etc)
Rare as you like in the UK.
Expect to pay around £11,000 for a decent example in Switzerland.

Funnily enough, saw one in the metal for the first time last friday... on the M25!
Incredible looking car - will be replacing the 2.3-16 with an Evo II when funds allow. Hopefully by the end of the year.

Neglected to change them?
They ride like a skip on standard 15" rims... 17" rims on a 2.3 only conspire to completely screw the balance of the car. It relies heavily on sidewall squish to keep it pointing in the right direction when cornering - I've driven several on 17" and they skitter all over the shop if you hit anything more than a *** paper mid corner.
They will be re-furbed as/if/when I get it resprayed....
