RSOC owners have the right to discuss RSOC issues with that clubs members. It was the allegations made in that thread(on SN) that creates potential legal issues for Scoobynet, as SN is deemed liable for the content of any posts put up on the it's BBS.

It's not ideal and I hate the law as it stands, but at the moment that is the law and we have to comply with it.
