I still haven't quite taken to it though, but it is growing on me.

I think I still prefer the older model...

This is the model I would love to own!!! The GTS-R.

I have never seen one in this colour before.....looks phat and grrrrrr.

I am off to drool at some more piccies.

The Dodge Viper is just my dream car. I would prefer to have one of these over a Ferrari and numerous other cars....but would probably hand one in for the chance to own one of the new Bugatti's or a McLaren F1.

Far better than the old model -- a couple of years ago (when it was a prototpe) there was a two page pic of it in Evo.

If only they would see sense and drop a huge V8 in....

AFAIK, they do make them in RHD, else they wouldn't be able to import them into Australia.....I know that they get imported into Australia, because I asked a Chrysler sales rep at the Motorshow last year.

IIRC, the conversion for LHD to RHD is made in australia and it costs more than 10k

Cool

LOL@Jonto.

@midget.....you muppet.

XT, is that in AUS$ or UKP? You can buy a RHD Viper in the UK, but you have to go via the appropriate importation conditions before acceptance into Australia.

I will have to find a Chrysler dealer and compare the prices. I know of a few that are for sale second hand in Australia via non-franchised dealers.

LMW, i read this in Auto Express about 5-6 months ago. I think it was 25k AUD. I know it sounds too much, but i am pretty sure that this was the price.

I know a friend who's got a blue viper, and it's the b*ll*cks.. Only problem is that he never drives it, what a waste..!!!
He's owned it since new, 4 years old now, and only done 6K miles... makes me want to cry..

Nice car anyway...

OJ..

Looks like the bodyshell has molten and dripped over the wheels to the ground.

Do I have to reach for my flame suit?
