Beat M3 Driver buys a Scoob
#1
An M3 Evo owner near my in laws lost out to me a few weeks back. And what has he now bought, a Silver Classic scoob.
Funny that
but what am I going to do if he tries again
Edited to say that it was an R plate car and NOT a brand new 'flame splitting' (exhaust rattling ) new shape M3 with all the 'Driver Aids' and other electronic (choose 'Easy' level in Video games) gizmos.
AND it was in mid range, which surprised me.
Also edited to say NO it wasnt just wearing M3 badges.

Touchy lot these 'Scooby'-netter BMW drivers.
R plate car if that helps, obviously not as fast as one I know with an extra 100bhp nitros kit, that can easily catch my MODIFIED NON-UK car. (Just before that one starts)
I dunno si325i, is an R plate the E4-whatever??, (you obviously have made that assumption) Is that the ONLY M3 ever made
Anyway, ENOUGH of the 'he must have been searching in his pocket for loose change' or 'maybe he was looking up his ar$e at the time' guesses and concentrate on the title of the post.
HE HAS JUST BOUGHT A SCOOB. Nothing contraversial about that.
Maybe its a temporary car and he's getting an E46M3 next week
Nothing personal si325i,

Just for the record, an R reg m3, would be the 321bhp evo.
To be honest they are totally different cars. I have owned a scooby and currently own an m3 evo. The scooby is loads of fun, but the m3 just seems like a much more well engineered car...as for performance, dare I say it.......my m3 evo, has beaten many a scoob, including quite a few early wrx's etc.......although hese have all been in a straight line ....which is where the 3.2 litre beemer excels.........
