Mates in a quandry (good word )
Does he buy a H reg E30 BMW M3 (quite good nick) or a Suzuki GSXR750K1? Hes got an oldish car and as always liked the old M3 but hes been bitten by the biking bug again.
Over to you guys and girls.
(Posted it here because you'll get fairly impartial advice than if on a BM or bike site)

Nothing at all that I know of mate. The idea is for it to be track/sunday playthings. He can only afford one or the other, and on days like today, sun shining, he reckons the bike wins hands down. I think its more a question to him of which gives the greatest satisfaciton when the road gets twisty.

The GSXR is one of the top sportsbikes out there at the moment and he'll be very happy with it.
The Beemer is getting on a bit, is left hand drive but is still a very nice, fast car.
Personally I'd go for the bike (but then I own a 97 GSXR750 so I'm biased).
EDIT: As it's a plaything only, the bike wins, no question

I'm not a big fan of bikes, but if we're talking plaything then it's gotta be two wheeled fun.
By todays standards the E30 ain't that quick, so i can't see it having the fun factor of a Bike.
Has he not considered Half way house? Caterham

The GSXR anyday!
Having said that ,i got bored of the 750 within 4 weeks and wished i had got the 1200.
Due to having Raynualds syndrome ive had to give up bikes completely.
I now have a Skoda RS for 'stress relief'.
