Ha sanyone had experience of an e300 turbodiesel?Im after one and need to knwo what theyre like to own/run...mpg etc.
Ive driven em before and they are very very nice to drive.....any comments folks?
Im after an 'e55' lookalaike.......ie 18"amg wheels , full colour coded, preferably silver, with black leathers, avantgarde spec...reckon I should be able to get one for less than £15k.....

If you're spending 15k you should be able to find either
an Audi A4 or A6
with
Quattro
V6 TDi engine
Leather
6 speed box or tiptronic
And chip it to a very safe 190bhp and 290 lb/ft torque
I averaged 35.5mpg in 45000 very hard driven miles, with a best
mpg of 48.3 during the fuel crisis, and 26.9 at a track day !
