Hi,

I drive an Ex-Bt Fiesta van for work to save the mileage on the Scooby. In the recent cold spell I have noticed that when the heater is set to hot the actual temperature of the air coming out is constantly changing. I'm not talking a small change, I'm talking very hot to very cold within seconds of a journey. Obviously at times the van is bloody freezing...............any ideas!!!!

Cheers

Rob.

Could be an air bubble / airlock in the heater matrix. Does the coolant level go up & down from day to day? You could try draining & refilling the coolant ....
