Don't really understand the thread title.

RS2 based on Audi 80 ran until 1996, 315bhp & Porsche bits, will cost you £15-20k typical

RS4 based on A4 came out 2000. Will cost you £35k +

Been in an RS2 and WOW!!!!!, these things are ******* quick!, the interior is awesome with Nogaro Blue (audisport colour) Alcantara and leather recaros, loads of cool dials and stuff, (Turbo) and traction like a sticky thing!!

That was a 94 M that I went in a few years back, cost him 40k from Maranello's, LHD examples under 20k, a nice RHD example still fetching 20k + In a nutshell - AWESOME!. Porche red calipers a very nice touch!. I remember someone telling me that it was a Porker C4 engine in it, not sure about the truth in that but it certainly is Porsche engineered.

RS4 - I know some guys that have them on other sites and they rave about them, anyone who has been in one raves about them, Ive seen a couple and they look the business, a very subtle missile indeed!!

At circa £40k they are a bit rich for most but if you can get one, do it, absolute stonking car in every aspect......oh.....and the RS6...........Dribble............

 

I agree, RS2's are awesome, not a C4 engine, but porsche tuned suspension and brakes. I really quite fancy one of these, a real classic, I wonder how cheap they are in germany...
