Mook,
lovely motors these, although never seen 1 in the flesh. What a great angle you took the pic from as well, you don't wear leather trousers & have long black sweeping hair tied in a pony-tail do you
only playing...
tell your old fella he has got style....then ask him to lend you £2000

Man that is shiny
Very nice looking motor, what you need to do now is get him some white stripes to put down the center (unless they are there already an hidden by the super shine ).
I take it it's a kit (or is your dad absolutely minted?), if so, what make is it? Any more pics? Interior, exhausts, etc.
Very nice...wish my dad had one

Toby > Well, I'm booked in for a ride first, or rather a drive, already had a passenger drive
Shunty > Luckilly I'm not as described, in fact there's a couple of pics of me here - http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadid=132171
Hanslow > *lol* apparently the paint job was £2.5k, so I don't think he'll be wanting any vinyl stripes on it, however good the quality of my vinyl is
He is reasonably minted, but it is a kit car (spends most of his money on yachts ). It's the Pilgrim Sumo, which he bought ready made, about £12k I think, which isn't bad 'cos it's a really good one. Obviously you can get some real dogs when it comes to kit cars, but this is lovely, especially with the pucka V8 and the big exhausts down the side. The attention to detail is evident too, it even has 'cobra' machined in the top of the cam covers. I think he's going to leave it pretty much as is, except he's got some mesh for the front grille which is going on shortly

*lol* I'm just your average IT bod, and entrepreneur. Funny thing one of my colleagues said today - he's 6' 6" and 20 stone and was aparently walking down the road when some 12 year old girl asked him if he was in the Worlds Strongest Man competition, how we laughed. We also had a laugh because he got quite a tan on his forearms but his upper arms are drip white. He says he never takes his top of joking that last time he did his neighbours took their kids indoors
Got a couple more pics up now too -

lol @ your mates story
my bosses, bosses, boss...you get the picture ( yes I am that far down the chain of command)has one, although I havn't seen it. I have asked him to bring it up to Leeds where I am based, but he lives near reading & it's a bit far I suppose.
I'll keep on at him as I would like a blast in one.
That "Cobra & LeMans" wording on the rocker had me for a minute as well, the attention to detail is good.

I have mentioned the tuning posibilities of the engine, but he's happy with it as it is - and me with a trade account with Real Steel *lol*. It does sound nice though and as you say Shunty, attention to detail on it is superb throughout
