I think you will find its a typo - it's a Locost, designed by Ron Champion to be built for about £250 for a basic one, hence the "Locost" name........

The Locost is possibly the best and easiest way into motorsport, two of my mates run one, they built the car for about £4k, and race it regularly. Its an absolute blinder. I think if you investigate it, its a brilliant idea. Check out:
