I test drove a 350 bhp EVO 6 at TMS TVR in Melton Mowbary.

First impressions was that it is louder than the Scooby as it had a full Blitz with Magnex downpipe and centre.

Other goodies included HKS filter, D/V, boost controller, etc.

The EVO felt more solid than the Scooby and it felt more reassuring around corners.

Went for a blast in a Civic Type R, but this did not feel as quick as the Scooby.

I'm saving my pennies for a EVO.

PS yer a greedy bugger aintcha Kidding of course again But the evo is generally, uh flame suit on, acknowledged as the slightly better trackday car but not so pleasant as a road car

U'll have 2 check out the noisy scoobs at next cov meet, u kuming i presume/hope? (dont wana have 2 stalk u all other the threads again) i'm guna have blitz centre & back box by then (fitting 2moz) but i'm sure those with DP's also will happily deafen ya

I really did go in a EVO. I had to sign a pice of paper to say that I am liable for the £2500 policy excess.

Getting a HKS Hyper next week. Waiting for the guy to dispatch the exhaust.

The Blitz is VERY loud

At last my scooby will be louder.
