Isuzu Trooper info???

Anyone here have previous experience with one of these. It'll be used as a day to day car and for towing my wifes beloved horse!!
Are there any bbs for off road vehicles or maybe just Isuzu??
Cheers for the help.

Karl,
I thought about a Trooper as a second car for a while.. great workhorses and japanese reliability...
However, they are still quiet expensive to buy (or so I found) and there are quite a few on Import knocking around with dubious pasts !
In the end i plummed for a Land Rover Discovery as plenty of spares and lots of places to buy accessories and get them serviced... and they are still rated one of the best 4x4's (not sure if you will be getting it muddy or just towing).
So far found the disco TDi fine for motorway driving, bit sluggish on take off but then it is 2 tonnes of metal and the parts (from main dealers) are much cheaper than expected... down to the fact that PAS fluid is half the price you would pay in Halford !!
Just my thoughts
