Not driven one myself, but EVO rave about it, as they've got one on the long term fleet. 195bhp, 17" alloys and a sweet bodykit, combined with the most innovative interior anywhere and a wicked drive Vs A Matiz. You do the maths. Get her in it asap, that way you too can save face.

Looking for one on import, motorpoint and trade-sales have not got a blue one in stock or on order (she insists on blue as every zafira we've seen is silver!).

Matiz has just had new ignition leads under warranty - I had to drive the bloody thing running on only 2 cylinders (she has my car to fit the pram in).

Do vauxhall do 48 hour test drives for the zafira GSi?

Enough is enough - the matiz has got to go, she wants a zafira and get to choose the engine.......Turbo!!!!

I'll check out the EVO mag as well - thanks.

Me & the wife test drove one before we plumped for a new 1.8 version.
Excellent acceleration, But was put off by the fuel consumption mainly.
Flex 7 is great - that was a decider for us over the Galaxy.

EVO love theirs - but by the sounds of it the driver spends 99% of his time WITHOUT kids in the back - so he can drive like a loony !!

Got one in the showroom, in black.

I've had a quick lap round the block, very nice to drive, very fast for a MPV plus sports suspension. Leather Reacaro's are excellent.

Looking forward to the Astra G SRi Turbo.

Not really sure why you're looking forward to the Astra GSi, i've driven a new SRi Turbo, and whereas it was as fast as Vanessa Feltz on the way to the cake shop down the straights, in the twisty bits it handled like, well, Vanessa Feltz on the way to the cake shop. If you add more power for the GSi, it'd be a nightmare. Sorry bud, but i think the only Vauxhalls worthy of note are the VX220 and Zafira GSi. Both mint in their own way.

We've got a 2.2ltr NA aswell, not bad for a people carrier, since we're building a house I couldn't tell you how useful it's been, goes pretty well too. Rolls abit much for my liking, but mother's happy

Hmm think I'd rather have an astra coupe turbo. Although neither would be my ideal choice

Car manufacturers are practicality-mad these days though, it's only a matter of time before there's a 4.0 V8 twin-turbo minibus on the market! Bring back the good ol' days of saloon and coupe only performance cars - hatchbacks/estates/whatever were for tesco runs only
