citroen dispatch starting problems
Hi,
I have a Van citroen dispatch 1.6 tdi 2007, and I went to a friend mechanic to do a service, and I had changed all the bits and bobs and the diesel filter, but now it has a starting problem.
Now I have this 2 errors :
P0087 - fuel pressure to low.
P1351 - VVT Camshaft sensor.
When I try to start the van it wont kick in, like the diesel it's not there, but if I use the small pump that's over the engine, it will start. I never had this problem until I had the fuel filter changed.
Any suggestions on what should I do ? Thanks.

Sounds like theres a leak in fuel system, letting air in. This is why you can start it after pumping the manual primer. Check the connections on the fuel filter (most likely if the problems only raised after a service). Failing that it could be air getting in the leak off valves.
