North Yorkshire Meet
#1
Right, having read all the threads on the "Was it You" board, it seems pretty obvious there are plenty of Impreza's in this neck of the wood, and people keen for a meet
At this point all I'd like to see is how many people would be interested in coming along. I haven't planned a route or date yet, but I know Jaycee will help with this We've talked about it and I'd thought I'd get the ball rolling.
We have some of the best roads in the country and we should make the most of them when the weather gets better.
So, if you are interested, and/or have any suggestions as to where we should be going, don't be shy...

Matt what have you started???!!
It looks like we'll have to plan this properly now and not just our usual blast around the countryside!!
Sun Inn is a good start/finish point, over to Skipton, through Ilkley and Otley, up to Yeadon for fish and chips at Murgatroyds and a chat in the carpark then the back roads from Otley back to the Sun. Or something like that!!
Anyway I'm up for it so lets get cracking!
Weekend or a night during the week?

Hi
I'll try and make it too, just let me know when and where.
Have to agree on the Sun Inn road and how lucky we are in this area for decent driving roads in general Had a "play" with an Aston Martin between Spofforth and Kirk Deighton recently and the guy really went for it which was good to see - he even gave a smile and a wave when we went our seperate ways
Cheers

I think it should involve the road from Otley to the sun inn
i think you are 100% right, roads don't get much better than this. nice pub at the end too complete with massive tele.

Right then! Lets start throwing some dates around and see what we can come up with.
Anybody up for an evening run? Light nights and clear roads has gotta be better than a busy sunday afternoon.
